please help im desprate tsi been sleeping too long and wont wake up

ok ive been trying to fix my 95 talon tsi for almost 2 months now. i have no idea whats wrong with it. and yes ive searched. ok it all started when i was jumping my car one day. i guess there wasnt enough power getting to the starter because it wouldnt turn over (while i was jumping it). so i held the key all the way over(like trying to start it) for like 10 seconds thinking it would start to turn over, then i started to hear a hiss and then smoke from under my hood. eversince then it wont start. it will turn over just fine but it has weak spark. its getting plenty of fuel. ive replaced the battery(optima yellowtop hell yeah) the main ground and power wire, cas (and all that good stuff while i was in there), coils when i got the car like 6 months ago(been sitting mostly tho because my ass dosnt have a license at the moment) ive also taken all of the wire loom and tape off the wires looking for anything burnt but found nothing. ive tested the ignition module the way the haynes book told me to and it came out fine. the only thing thats not brand new is the coils(6mo old) is there a way i could have burned them up or something? also dose anyone know what the power input is to the coils. i hope this was discriptive enough. thanks for every1 that hepls out. im desprate here and REALLY dont wanna take it back to the dealer.

just a guess but have you checked your fuse box. sometimes when you run that much current through the wires it blows the fuses shutting down some important parts. closely inspect the fuses and make sure they're not blown or fried.

yes ive already checked all of the fusesunder the hood, not the mpi though. i thought if they were bolwn they wouldnt work at all insdead of being weak, is it possable i could still be getting a little power from mabey a half blown fuse(if there is such a thing) any particular fuses or relays i should pay close atention to? the MPI relays under the dash near the ecu isnt it?

please anyone i have to get this thing running again and i slmpiy dont have the money to take it to the dealer.
