Convert to manual. Actually just avoid getting an H22 with the triptronic tranny...multiple problems have been had with it. Just buy an H22 with a 5 sp and you'll be fine.

Yeah definently convert. I used to think of a car as just a source of transportation, but since I've had my 5-speed; driving has become fun again.

charlieteg - you should read the H22a swap guide I typed up for the '92-'95 Civic forum; it should set the record straight for you. Lots of misconceptions about the swap.

Go with the H22a with 5 speed tranny. I did the swap with my 99 gsr and i run high 13's :grinno: .

i'm selling a built up N/A H22a1 right now actually. I am selling the whole car, 92 prelude, but would consider removing the engine, tranny, and everything else if it's worth it. send me an email at [email protected] if interested.
