tranny switch

i am getting an h22a swap in my automatic integra is it worth it to put in a 5sp transmition or just get the auto tranny?

It's deffinetly gonna be worth it to get a manual tranny put in.

Honda auto trannys are deff. not the best thing for racing or "spirited driving" assuming thats what your going to be doing by swapping the h22 in.

The car will be much faster after you learn how to drive a stick (assuming you dont) than an automatic h22 in the same car would be.

yah im learnin now how to drive stick and my plans with the car are to race it. Do you know if its alot of work to change from auto to manual?

It's a good amount of work, If you dont feel capable of handling it, check and see if some performance shops around your area will do it.
