More power window woes 1997 Rodeo

Well, now I'm stumped. 1997 Rodeo

Have changed out everything. Driver's side control, circut breaker, and relay, even checked the fuse at C15?.

Power windows still don't work.

Climbed under and took the multi-meter to the circut breaker. No power at the breaker. Don't know if this means anything but it doesn't sound right being the breaker is 30 amp. If it means something what does it mean?

Anyone have any ideas? Power locks work. Windows do not function from any switch. Luckily they are all in the up position and the a/c works.

Check the wires where they come from the car body to the door. Could have broken wire there. I'm just guessing but thats where I'd look next.

Will check there. Thanks for the idea. Was wondering if there are connectors where a wire might have pulled loose but the door sounds like a very good place to start.
