So let me see if I have it right. A terrorist who is hell bent on killing people and doesn't care if he gets killed will now be breaking a law. WTF a terrorist kills people isn't that breaking a law? Murder charges haven't detered a terrorist yet but OMG we better not us a nuclear bomb to kill people or we will end up in jail. Maybe we better stick with planes and regular old fashioned bombs.

The treaty makes it a crime for any person to possess radioactive material or a radioactive device with the intent to cause death or injury, or damage property or the environment.

What disturbs me with the UN coming up with the definition for "terrorism" is that they still have not come up with a viable definition for "genocide."

I have made posts in the past about my distaste for what the UN stands for (in this and other forums/newsgroups) but there are those brave, compassionate individuals from several member nations who literally risk/have given up their lives performing peace-keeping and humanitarian work. I regret and apologize if I have offended them, their families, their countries. For the rest of the UN who are spineless, scum-sucking, opportunistic, corrupt and depraved, go f*ck yourselves and do the world a favor: DIE!!!
