626?

I'm trying to get some opinions on the Mazda 626. I'm looking to buy one. It's a 1999 626 ES-V6, leather, power seat, sunroof, automatic, non-Bose CD/Cassette system, ABS and Traction Control. It has 115,000 miles. I've seen widely varying values for this car used (KBB says $5705, Edmunds.com says $4007), as well as varying reports of problesm with the power windows, transmission (big one), CD players, and bad timing belts. Can anyone provide some information of what they think this car is worth, how long it will last, and what are the most common problems (with prices, if known) that it might have? The guy is asking $5500 but I'm confident I shouldn't pay anything more than the low-$4000s considering the value. Thanks for the info!
