92 Lumina 3.1 will not roll over

Tried starting the car this morning and it wont roll over.

you mean turn over? (just ribbin' ya :lol: ). Did you check your battery? How old is your battery? Is your car in park or neutral (You'd be surprised how many people have done that one.) Do all the lights work? When you turn the key does your dashboard go dark?
