civic ls Vs. Civic Turbo

I was at this place called airport way one night at the street races(in seattle). I decided that i wanted to race ( for the first time) So i pull up to the line just waiting for someone to come up to the line. there were prolly like 80-100 cars there and i was kinda nervous. people started coming out of their cars, i see people recording me and im sitting there, just waiting. Then this black 96-00 hb came up w/ like 6 people in the car. the driver gets out and one guy from the back gets in(the driver seat). It was lowered on blacks, pretty stock looking. So, he gives me this smirk and we are ready. The hb starts reving his engine..........wooooooooooosh..........the sound of a bov filled the air.
I was like "oh shit, guys got a turbo". so we take off and he does a phat burnout, i pulled in first but when he got traction he pulled in front by 2nd and when i hit 3rd i pulled ahead by like a fender length. we were neck and neck when this car was coming for me. It swereved and ..guess what... seattle pd.... i was like...."tiiiiiight"(sarcastically)
put into 4th, looked in my mirror, the cop flipped a bitch and put his lights on. i kept going through 2 stop signs and almost hit a guy coming out of the 2nd stop sign,so i slowed down, black hb flew through stop sign. me and him flew at 100 mph over a speed hump, sparks were flying like you were welding. we finally got to the freeway and he cut off this crx and barley hit the triangle median. so, now im right next, and i mean like an arm length away and had to hop on the triangle median, curbing and bending my rims. took next two exits got away and never been back.......the end

no kidding, you gotta be more careful. Anytime there is a meet of 80-100 people its just a matter of time untill the cops come, get a scanner or something. Hope your car is ok

Sounded like a good race though....You should have people look out for cops at both ends of the street races....thatway you have time to escape!!! ya know???

hey. nice race. wish i was in one with cops chasin and all that other stuff. last fri. night cops raided our place big time. cut through the fields in a friends truck. got away but the truck is bent up from the trees. than on sat. night two people got killed by a drunk driver who turned into parked cars. sucks dude. they all split when they saw it happen. left them for dead. than i found out yesterday that my cuz's friend was arrested for (supposedly) being the drunk driver out there. small world :bandit:

theres lots of ways to get away from the cops out in the country. its a fuckin rush if the cops are trying to run you down. than youll really see how fast your car could go :bandit:

i said the counrty side not the city. plus we have bunch of ways to ditch the cops. safety first is what we go by.

oh the rims, i traded those to a freind for some black ones. he sold my
bent ones for 800 when i bought em brand new for 900.

Just for the record your damn crazy. I would rather get pulled over and get the $300 ticket for illegal street racin rather than run from the damn cops and maybe kill ppl.

Well if you get caught racing over here you get your car taken away...
And the stupidest laws exist where we need to get RECON reconstruction stickers if we add a body kit or rims or even a muffler.
It costs $15 each time you go and you have to renue the sticker. If you are caught with a moded car and you don't have a RECON sticker then you get ticketed. We also have Safety inspection which is also a nit picky deal... No emissions regs though. :)

That recon shit sounds dumb as hell what is the point of it?

There's this place in Hawthorne where we go street racing...it's such a clean place!! We were cruising down the street about to hop back on the freeway and a PIG pulls my homeboy over (he has a suspended lisence)
all the cop said was to "Get the hell out of my city boy!" and that was it...no tickets nothing!! That's why we always go to that spot.

yea we get caught here. our driving to work days are over. so we shouldnt be racing. but thats the only thing to do out here

im glad that story is bullshit but there really are people that stupid and it makes me sick. if you kill someone i know illegal streetracing i hope you rot in hell.

like we cant go out on a dragstrip. the closest one is 2 1/2 hours away. so like were trying to get them to build one here to take us off the streets and on to a strip but i dont think it aint going to work. :bandit:
