Disable Passenger Airbag

Is there a way to disable the passenger airbag? I sometimes need to transport my son and he's only 4.

umm I think you can disable the solenoid, but I'm not sure if doing that disables both of them. I know there's a way to do it, because a lot of show cars put screens in that spot.

open the glove box and on each side of the glove box there is a " L " bracket holding the box from falling open onto your lap. Move those toward you and let the glove box fall onto you lap. You will see a yellow connector inside the dash below the air bag. Disconect that and plug it into the red conector that is sitting there.
