Front end problem on '01 530

Sometimes when I am slowing down to a stop or sometimes even in a parking lot turning, and I hit a bump there is a bad shaking noise coming from the front end. It seems like something is loose in the front end, but can't find anything. You can feel it too, like it is in the front end. Any ideas?

How about is there any noise or shimmy at at 45-55 MPH? If you do have this then more likely it is your control arms.

Nope, drives perfectly fine at speed. That's what really baffles me.
