Ok. So, a few weeks ago the low coolant light comes on. So, I fill up the coolant and the light goes away. Now, only 3 weeks or so later the light is back. During the past month or so I have noticed a squeaky belt off and on also. Anyway, the low coolant light comes back on! Not only that, but the same day the light comes back on I notice that the steering is quite stiff only while pulling out of my parking spot or on a cold start. Once I am driving it's good to go. And, the battery light flashed briefly this day as well. I did not think it made any sense for the steering to have anything at all to do with the low coolant sensor or battery. But, is it possible that the squeaking belt is the weakest link? Anyone have a clue what is going on with my car? I am a female and have not even lifted the hood since filling up the coolant, because I really don't know where things are. HELP!

Pop open the hood and check the condition of the serpentine drive belt. The same belt runs the power steering pump, alternator and water pump.
If its torn, tattered or has cracks, etc. it need to be replaced. Its a starting point.
