Anyone looking for tein coil overs

I'm looking into getting some springs but my shop says it takes 4 hours to install them, is that right?

I dunno about the springs, you would need a spring compressor and you would need to take the shocks off. These are 1 piece so assuming none if the parts are rusted on it can be done in under an hour. There are 5 nuts on each of the front shocks, and 3 on each of the rear.
