Go to autozone and get the codes scanned and come back with the exacy numbers they give you.

We need the number, don't allow the monkey at the counter to give you a dumbed down explantion of what is wrong.

Get the numbers and we can go from there.

I went to get it checked today and I had a link error.. guy said my computer might be going bad.

Earlier when I started my truck my ABS Brake Light Stayed On and my CD player wouldn't come on. Also I noticed my truck would not shift into gear and that my Air Conditioner wouldn't work. Sounds pretty bad. Then when I got home I turned it off and turned it back on and everything was fine.

After reading up alittle on the forums it sounds like my MAF sensor might need to be cleaned. But that still wouldn't account for my CD player not having power would it. Or my vehicle not wanting to shift. I will try cleaning the MAF today as well as getting a tune up. It's been a long time since I have had one.

Still don't understand why truck wouldn't shit and my ABS brake light was staying on.

Can anybody shed some light?

No, the CD player is unrelated.

Make sure you do a FULL tuneup, not just plugs and wires.

The ABS brake light will probably be from the VSS screwing up or the front ABS hub sensors needing cleaning.

I think I might have figured out some of my problem.. My ground wire to my battery was really loose. I reconnected it and now everything is running smoothly. But that wire being loose doesn't account for my Exhaust being so loud. I am going to get a full tune up and then see what happens from there.

Your exhaust could be loud because there is a leak.

But a FULL tuneup is probably a good thing.
