'99 Solara Panel Disassembly for CD player replacement

What is the procedure for removing the CD player to replace with an after market. I dont see any screws or snaps for panel removal. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

1. Remove asktray completely
2. just under the asktray (where the carpeted section is to hold coins etc) pull that outward...
3. pull all the section (go up) till you pull off the clock (make sure to un-tab the cig lighter and other wires as you progress up).
