Tercel stereo cross-references

Does anyone know if stereos from other Toyotas (i.e. Corolla, etc) will fit in a Tercel? I have the factory AM/FM/cassette player in mine and would like to change it out for one with a CD player. I called the parts department at the local Toyota dealer but he doesn't have anything to cross-reference with.
