with a full engine build, intake, headers, exhaust, you might gain 50-60whp (which still wont get you above 200whp)

running a t3/t04 turbo at 13-14psi(which is perfectly safe for your engine) will put you at 400whp.

so no....there is not more potential going N/A

and a full engine build will cost about twice as much as going turbo
