What would happen or what are the effects if the manifold differential pressure sensor (the sensor that is conected to the intake manifld) not working properly or not functioning properly. The wire that are connected to the sensor are all burned up thats why im asking.

When mine was bad, the RPM were all over the place. When I would be at a light, the rpm's would constantley go up and down once i replaced it went away. It was bitch trying to get the part becuase no one knew what it looked like, but I eventually got it.

Do you think it makes the car slower though.

You never know what these senors might affect sometimes, but I didn't see any real drop in performance.

Bad MDP sensor will not affect performance or the motors operation. It is simply a check for the ECU to see if the EGR valve is still working, much like the rear O2 sensor doesnt affect performance but is there to verify the cat works. Just more OBD2 BS. I have up on using that sensor years ago. In fact I have wired my wideband into that input so I can log it in DSMlink. ;)

What do you think will boost up my turbo because it is slow right now and it was fast before.
