Won't run!

I am working on I believe a 240 w/ V-6 engine with the CIS injection system( works with the 'flapper' and mechanical fuel distibutor) The fuel pump was replaced. Getting fuel to the injectors, but not getting any fuel out of the injectors (pulled 2). Thought they were clogged, cleaned, blew compressed air through, seemed to be clear. Don't have a fuel pressure guage, but held thumb over filter outlet with pump running, really couldn't "feel" any pressure. Fuel sprayed when I removed my thumb though. I am getting fuel through the "cold Start" injector. I am stumped, not used to getting into Volvos, just trying to help out a friend thats in need of his car. If I dump fuel into the plenum it will start and run till that fuel is burnt up. :banghead:
