If you get pulled over by a cop, for a traffic violation. He writes you up a ticket. And you say to his face, that this is absolute crap, that perhaps even he is crap. YOU WILL GET A 2nd TICKET

However, if you say that is your opinion. YOU ARE SAFE because you can think anything you want

Call me crazy, but the cop probably won't pay attention to "In my opinion" if you follow it up with "you're a fucking retard." I'd recommend avoiding it and hoping for the best.
