is there any way i could put a turbo on a 7a-fe (toyota celica 94 st) if so do i need to get some new heads etc?

Yes, it can be done. I saw a turbocharged Corolla in the works. It was at least idling with the factory head, awaiting a new one from a 4A-GE. But I don't think you need a new head unless you're planning to run high boost. It all depends on how much money you're willing to spend, I guess. I personally would leave the stock head on and put 4A-GZE pistons in the drop the compression to boost-friendly levels. I'm not sure about packaging, but I'm sure you could fit a T3 in the Celica's engine bay.

You can turbo charge any car. It is a matter of how much boost you want to run. You could probably put a non intercooled turbo on your car and run 5 maybe 6 pounds of boost. If you want to run any higher than that you are going to have to replace items such as the head and crank shaft, you will have to reinforce the engine, and with any turbo you will have to replace your entire exhaust system including your intake and exhaust manifolds.
