I was just browsing through auto trader's magazine and noticed something. Seems like almost every other add with a really nice car has a catching title of "No Delay, Baby On The Way" or "Gots To Go Soon, Bitch Had Mad Poon". Well maybe not the last one but still.
So now I have a question for you. Say you were single and bought your dream car, then you meet someone special and have a child. Would you keep the car or sell it for a family car?

Let me rephrase this. You couldn't afford to buy a new car and keep the current one.

^Amen...besides, saves on gas for a family to have one car. Also saves on gas for one person to be driving that car. :D

I think that is the best solution so far, babies arent safe in the front seat so wouldnt they be extra safe if they were in the trunk

Well I would keep the car, keep the girl and keep the baby. The people who have to sell the car b/c of a baby probably weren't exactly financially secure enough to buy the car in the first place.

The only way I would do that would be if it involved trading in the old maserati gt for one with four doors.

Yes, I think that I could make the sacrifice for my family.

KEEP THE CAR
End of story. I wouldn't of dreamt about my fav car for years and years, and worked my arse off to get it, just to sell it a year later, fuck that.

wait till you grow up and meet reality. Lifes a bitch. These people are just like us. Sometimes you give up material things for other things that really matter in the grand scheme of things.

my dream car is a 4-door anyway so I dont really see any problems...adjusting the driving style might be the bigger issue :banghead:

Keep the car ... dump the baby and the bitch cause she said she was on the pill.
J/K ...
Probably trade the car for something more "practical" that I could "pimp" up.

TAXI!!
I wouldn't want to give up that one real remnant from those magical, sparkling, beer soaked, fornicating days as a bachelor...
Who am I kidding? If you're married, you're whipped. You don't wanna give up the car, you don't wanna give up ass. Seriously, guys... sooner or later you'll crack.

well, one thing you didnt include here.
whats the condition of the car???
my dream car is a 1929 Ford Sedan Delivery/Tudor.
if I had it, in perfect or damn near, and was very safe for a baby to ride in, I would keep it. If it was drivable, and just that. smelled like exhaust fumes, and wasn't very safe wise, I would probably get rid of it. I would have more important things to pay out the money for, then continuing to fix up the car.
