Thought I should share some of my customs with you starting with some McLaren's by UT.

I have collected die-casts for several years and have pretty much everything of McLarens, Ferraris and other exotics.
My collection is 600+ and I have over 150 Ferraris and over 100 McLarens.

I love the models, but the chameleon GTR Longbody... Did you use Duplicolor on it? because the job looks kind of cheap, and the specks are too big...

Looking for a Guiloy Mclaren? Hehe. The collection is very nice, you just need a better way to display them. The car with GTR all over it, how did you do that?

That F50 looks tight! Did you do the work on it and are those Skyline R34 rims on it?

i wouldnt do what you did to the blue gt2, but the f50 is definately way cool.

Yup, that F50GT is all my work and those are Skyline wheels from AA.

Nope, it's a Lotus GT1 transformed into a spider.
Had to make interior and new windshield, lots of work on that one!

this reminds me of my old hpi rc car.

I have to admit, yours looks much better. The "official" F50 GT looks like the paint is a little thick and the body is totally sealed? That car piqued my interest because i'm working on an F50 right now. Very nice enzo too!

No offense taken as it's a GT1 car and the wing must be that big to have any drastic affect on that large car (like 550 GTC).
It's also stripped for interior and has a rollcage and racing seat.
Yup, those are highly modified H2 rims!
Hehe..I liked the aggressive look on them and they actually look cool on a car as untraditional as the Lotus GT1.

Loving those cars, especially the Enzo with the vent, where the engine bay window was. Road cars transformed into GT1 cars are always my favourites. But just don't think anbody should try and modify the 300SL, as it is too perfect already.

Awesome collection dude. Definitely beats mine by a long shot. BTW can you get a few close ups of the cars in the German line-up you have on top of that wooden shelf? I just wanna see specifically what you have, and would you mind listing who makes them etc?

First of all I don't feel I have to "prove you" anything and I'm not sure what makes you so interesting in debating this to this length!?

If you don't see the difference between my 250 and the original 250 I'm not sure if you are familiar with Ferraris or not because if a person like you (who obviously has eye for detail) don't see the work done it's a little weird (no offense).

For starters, the details you could not see on the pic...The whole interior is completely changed to "modern style" and the engine has been altered.
The things you should be able to spot is the wents, lowered and altered roofline and the tweaked body style.
If you see your pic. the original is alot more straight in geometry and the rear air intakes are different along with the front ones!
It's totally detail painted and all the chrome has been removed.
It's been lowered and the wheels have been changed (alot of work swapping).

I'm sorry if I have confused you with saying I've done alot of work on it!
I think that when I've used 15+ hours on a model it's alot thinking of my daily schedule.
Maybe you have more time to kill than me, I don't know?? :screwy:

Well, your right then, because most of those I can't see, and the vents, I just came that way due to different years, but kudos on the build, and now that a few things that were pointed out I can see the level of modification you applied, nice work. :D

And wheel swaps are a pain, 'specially when you make full suspension components. :D
