Leaking trans fluid

My daughter's 95 SE has a rebuilt trans and now has a leak that the rebuilders call a design flaw. I've taken it back to them, they told me it was a poorly designed vent tube that clogs. This clog will build pressure and then cause a spewing type of leak. After they cleared it, it was fine for a couple months, now is leaking again. They suggest we keep an eye on it and keep plenty of fluid. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the cure? thanks for any help!

take it back to them and tell the to F'in fix it, you shouldn't have to pay a cent if they haven't done anything ither than waste your time. OR just take it to someone else.
