Help with Code PO146

AutoZone scanned and reported this code. Anyone have info on what I may look for and where. Is this trying to tell me it's the last O2 sensor after the Cat and before the muffler? Could the TPS or IAS mounted on the TBody side cause this to report or what?

Yes, it is the O2 Sensor after the cat closest to the back of the truck.
