99 RS won't start with key

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/banghead.gifMy 99 rs will just set there and crank and crank but won't start. Doesn't have a low battery cranks over fine. But i can roll it off to start it. After it runs a little bit i can shut it off and start it fine with the key. What is wrong i can't figure it out.

maybe the alternator?

It isn't the alternator it charges and runs fine after it starts. Acts like it isn't gettin gas. But it isn't the fuel pump cause it rolls off. So it has to be bypassing something whenever i roll it off.
