P0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input

Does anyone know how to fix P0452. 98 GMC Jimmy.
I've already replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor on top of the tank, new gas cap, and purge solenoid.

Have you checked if the cannister itself has water in it? This will cause the code as well.

Yup, did that. No water in there. Is it possible that there is a loose fit on my filler tube, or that the gasket on the top of the tank went bad?

P0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input I have replaced the fuel tank, gas cap, fuel filter and the vapor canister and it still reads P0452. any other ideas? The check engine soon light goes out when I am on low fuel and then when I refuel it comes back on.
