1994 T-bird Cooling Problems

My Fan Is Not Coming On, Causing The Car To Overheat. I've Tested The Fan And It Works Out Side Of The Car But Not In It. What Else Could Be Causing It Not To Turn On.

yep. I had the same problem, but it never over heat. weird.

bad controller would cause it.
