d16a8/9

ok i am new to honda and i have been looking at swapping a zc into my 91 std hatch. i read that the zc's engine code is d16a8 or 9. it also said that the d16a8/9 came in us integras in the ls and rs models for 90-93. ok so my question is are these motors the same as the zc in terms of the ease of swapping. if so that means i can get a zc for about half the money if i am willing to lose a little power from us smog regulations. thanks for any help
