clutch sticks

My clutch sticks a little when it is pushed in all the way. it usually happens when I am in first and moving from a standstill and need to hold the clutch in for longer
the problem is intermittent, but seems to be getting worse. Also, my clutch feels more "noodlelike" than when i first bought it. It has 66,ooo miles on it.
Does it just need bleeding, or is it worse?

clutch is shot. the springs in the pressure plate are sprung.

did u check ur reserve??? mine kinda did the same thing as ur saying...just add more fluid to it...or get the slave cyclinder replaced....it was 94 bucks pluz install for my 94
