Some interesting reports out after this race.
Firstly Alonso was nursing a sick engine all weekend, so that is one reason why he didn't seem to respond to Schumacher's quick times.
Ralf Schumacher has been given a 25 second penalty for an incident with Nick Heidfeld so drops out of the points, which now goes to - Heidfeld!
Jenson's BAR was in trouble for being underweight, but was eventually cleared. Now the FIA are appealing their own representative’s decision. :screwy:
Lastly, Wurz stopped on lap 24 which means Kimi would have stopped either a lap before or after (as is McLaren's practice). Therefore IMHO he'd have won it with a trouble free run. :(
