no interior lights work.
fuses all have power.

All interior lights are turned off by the dimmer control just to the left of the steering wheel. If the switch is rotated to the OFF position (extreme bottom), there are no interior lights. The switch could have been turned all the way to off by some kids maybe or by someone cleaning the dash after a wash job.
