?'s about 2000 mustang v6

my buddy has a 2000 v6 that he just got and already has a full exhaust and intake. now being a 6 banger, what can you do to them seeing as we havent really found anything for the 6 just the 8. he wants to know if it will be better to just slap on a s/c to the 6 or save and put on 8. (most affordable). also he is cutting off at 114mph and i think cause of the govenor. how can we fix this. i drive an import so some of these things i can't help on domestics. any help would be great guys. thanks.

you can take off the govener with a comp. mod and for the supercharger u would make more power keeping the 6 cylender and supercharging it then putting in a 289

pro turbo makes a turbo kit for the v6 stang that year, its 3 grand. mine cuts out at 118... so does he have an auto? switching to a stick will do a lot right there. and theres a lot of stuff you can do, go to 3.8mustang.com

he has a 5speed. where just trying to figure his car out.
