Front End Noise

I have a 1995 XR7 with the 4.6 ltr w/140.000, about 6000 miles ago I had an upper ball joint failure on the passenger side of the vehicle while away from home. Instead of spending 1000.00 for the local mechanic to repair (all four joints) i replaced it my self and drove it home. While driving I could hear a distinct rattling noise mainly on rough surfaces coming from the passenger side of the car.
Once home I replace the rest of the Ball joints (shot) both coil springs were broken replaced w/struts and stabilizer pins. Everything else seemed to be in good working order. The noise remains however, only to get worse over time. Only now at times (not always) it sounds like the front end is going to fall apart, and it is starting to effect the steering wheel,(shimmy) when I apply the brakes the noise and shimmy are gone but as soon as I release the pedal its back. I ve removed the caliper and inspected the anti rattle spring for the pads its ok, visually inspected all of the front end components all are tight, and the tires are wearing normally. I tried moving the tire back and forth and all around nothing but a slight movement front to back. Any help would be appreciated!

After checking further into the front end noise I found that the upper a-arm bolts were not torqued to specs. Almost positive I torqued them correctly. I re-torqued all the bolts to specs and took her for a short drive. The noise was not present! Thanks
