jdm vs usdm

ok a kid with a civic was talkin smack to me this weekend and he has a jdm b18c1 in his car and supposedly its jdm and i have a usdm b18c1 in my car and i was wondering if with the same headers intake and exhaust would i be able to beat him or are the internals more powerful than mine let me know ( oh yea the kid cant launch to save his life)

The JDM one has 10 hp more than the USDM one.
