Hello, i am putting a B18 LS out of a 94 integra into a 89 civic DX. If i use a SI wireharnes can i skip the whole MPFI swap?

no you cant put a si harness on your dx or i should say it would be easier just to convert your dx harness to mpfi than to change the si harness to work with the dx. also the 94 teg motor is obd1, are you going to switch to obd1 or stay obd0 ?

i dont know which way would be easier OBD 0 or OBD 1 and how do you do either one? Thanks

depends how good you are at wiring and the cost. i mena did the 94 ls motor come with a dist ? if you want to go obd1 you need a obd1 ecu, dist, and 4 wire o2 sensor, and a wiring harness adapter. if you want to go obd0, you need a obd0 dist, ecu. you dont need the o2 sensor for obd0

yea i have the OBD1 ecu, dist, the wireharness that is attached to the engine, and all that. How do i convert it all to OBD1? I know i little bit about it but not much. can i cut the plugs off from the fire wall and the plugs of the harness on the engine and match them up or what? Let me know.

no, you gotta modify your stock harness by doing the mpfi swap. then get a obd0-obd1 ecu conversion harness. the only thing you might need is a 4 wire o2 sensor. oh and when you do the mpfi swap you dont need a resistor box because saturated injectors dont use a resistor box

damn it i just bought a resister box and injecter harness. So the 94 injecters dont need it for the MPFI swap? Thanks for all your help

No, OBD1 injectors dont need the resistor box...
