1988 bronco II

MY ford bronco II will not go into park I had to shut the car off in neutral. Any suggestions

Sounds like you need to get the trany ajusted. I had mine rebuilt and when I got it home it would not go into park but reverse. I took it back to the place that just rebuilt it and they had to adjust it... didn't take too long for them to do so either. Just an idea! Hope that helps... :)
