any1 know where i can get 1 for the jdm engine??>...
im got told its a knock sensor.... ive taken my car to honda but they think its a (cant rem now...) umm.. TPS sensor??... they not sure what it is and the engine code "isnt in their manual cos its jdm engine"...
the thing is in the back of the block screwed in, (need like a 32 size socket to undo it) and above the oil filter... is a goldy brass/copper sorta colour.. i havent taken it off yet... maybe 2mrow..
anyway its diff to the aussie sensor... the aussie 1 has two pins (on the plug) jdm has one...
well ive been asking around jap wreckers if they'll sell it but they say no they dont sell parts separately...
any1 got any info??.. maybe try croydon??online??

Have you tried Hontoys at Yennora...they tend to be cheaper than Honbits, and can order new parts for a decent price too.

Hontoys carry nothing in the way of B16 engines or parts though. Plently for the other twincam engines, but no DOHC VTEC stuff.
Sigh - 300 bucks worth of throttle body and idle sensor later via Honbits... :( Still have to get Robbie to fit it all - I hope to hell it fixes my problem

Had to get a passenger window for my sisters civic when her car had the window smashed, and it was like $150 cheaper at Hontoys ordering it from Obriens.

well, i called a few places for incoming (my bro) and seems like no one carries anything JDM B16. as soon as JDM B16 is mentioned, they say to call auto spares or honbits or concord auto or just jap etc etc... damn it
