Lowering springs

Yeah, I know you guys posted that sticky, but you never said how to get the springs into your car.

I just have 1 question.

When you take the springs out of your car, Do you have to get them compressed?

Well... i just put my new setup in this weekend. Took me and my buddy 4 hrs with all the dicking around we did. Few beers and helping out another buddy install his Nitrous on his tibby. If you know what you are doing, you don't really need a spring compressor. Since you don't know WTF you are doing, I strongly advise you use one. I'm not in the mood at this moment to write up a how to for you. Its quite long for all the safety measures. Maybe after i finish my paper i am writing.
