I at this moment have a 91 Z28 W/305 TPI. I found a 350 with 440hp,
it is a chevy that was made from 1968-1985. Can someone tell me if I can get a computer and performance chip for it.(I am new to the whole computer and performance chip thing, so I know very little)
I was also wondering if I would be able to add a turbo or super charger to it.3.484" stroke crank
5.7" forged big beam rods with ARP rod bolts
10 to 1 compression hypereutectic flat top pistons
More special features of this engine include:
Seasoned 4-bolt main block
Deck head gasket surface on block to ensure a good seal
New Hydraulic flat tappet cam with .512" valve lift
New Dart/World heart-shaped chamber, 200cc intake runners, straight plug heads with 2.02"Int/1.600"Exh swirl polished stainless valves with undercut stems for even more flow
Heads cast with extra thick deck surface
Hardened exhaust seats for use with both leaded or unleaded fuels
New 1.440" High performance springs set up to match cam
New Chrome moly retainers and hardened keepers
New High temperature valve seals
New Bronze valve guides
New Screw-in rocker studs with guide plates
New Roller rocker arms
New Hardened push rods
New Perfect Circle rings
New Double row timing set
New High volume oil pump with welded big pickup screen and steel drive shaft and steel guide
New Revolutionary 1-pc design molded rubber oil pan gasket with load limiters to prevent over-tightening and higher temperature resistance than standard cork-rubber gaskets
New Brass expansion plugs
New Edelbrock Victor Jr aluminum intake manifold
All parts are painted separately before assembly for that show quality look
Is it worth it???? Thanks William

can't tell you if it's worth it or not without a price.

To answer some of your questions. The computer you have will run the engine BUT not with the stock calpack or injectors.
There are several options for aftermarket chips, HOWEVER, The BEST way to get it tuned right would be to take it to a dyno tuner and have them put it on the dyno and do it all in "real time". OR learn to do it yourself..the only way to program a chip correctly is to have the vehicle hooked to a scanner while it is being run. Don't even attempt to run it on the stock calpack.
Also the TPI induction system will be a big hinderance to the engine, think of moving up to a modified LT1 http://lt1intake.com/services.htm
To the S/C or turbo...not with those pistons at that compression ratio and not if the crank isn't 4340 forged steel...If you had forged pistons and crank then..yes you could do forced induction, but you'd need to change ECM's and MAP sensors.
