2000 Wrangler, 4 cyl, auto, A/C. I Replaced the exhaust/intake manifold gasket. No problems until I restarted. The engine red-lines every time I start it. What did I do? I looked at linkage and other obviuos items, but nothing stops it.

I don't know what the TPS is. I have rechecked all connections and vaccum hoses and they are connected.
