B3000 Alternator

Does anyone happen to know the stock Alternator output rating? Along with what its regulated voltage is. for some reason i am only getting 13.2v :screwy: . id like to bump it to 14-14.4 and need to know what its stock output is as far as amperes go because it is soon to have a new, superheavy load to push ;)
right now it is pushing a 300w amp drawing 40a tops like it is nothing, but i am scared what it will do when i multiply that by 6. Yellow top or two will eventually be put in there but i am trying to decide which would be the best to upgrade first, alternator or battery. Well first is going to be the Big 3 with 1/0awg wire but after that which should be the next thing to help push a 240a draw. granted 240a will never be a constant draw. actually it will probably never go over 150a but i would still like to know how far i will be dipping into my battery.
also, what is a good, well tested alternator for these trucks with at least 150a and cheaper than mean green's modle for the ford ranger 3.0?
