can you put a throttle body on?......

I have an 87 accord LX that needs a new motor. I would like to know if there is an throttle body conversion kit for it.

I'm sorry, do you mean you wish to convert it from carbeurated to fuel injected?

Yes that is exactly what i meant. I have a blown head gasket and cracked block. It it carburated and I want to convert it to throttle body. Would like more to have fuel injected but don't want to go through the whole thing with all of the vacume hoses. i know that retrofiting a throttle body is easer when i replace my engine. so my question is if there is a kit to do it, and if so where can I find one.

I don't know of a specific conversion 'kit' you may want to ask in either the honda technical/engineering section, or the cars in general technical/engineering section as they may be able to help you more.
