Help me decide on a new phone

My 2 year contract hits 21 months in 2 months, so i can get a new phone for about half-price in 2 months.(dont know why, this is just what they say) And besides that, my current phone just broke. And i have been a thrifty person all my life, its time for me to join the "spoilt brats with nice phones" group. According to my parents, i can get any phone i want, so i want something thats a big change from those second hand phones iv owned before. The thing is, i cant decide. Im now eyeing these: panasonic X800, motorola v3, and the nokia 3230.

I like the v3, but then again everybody including the salesmen tells me it isnt worth it, because it doesnt have many functions, its just a basic phone which looks nice, its only that expensive because its made of metal. And, my sister wants this phone. I could get another more useful phone and my sister can buy it, and i can use it when she comes back to singapore for holidays. Then again, that isnt alot of time, she only comes back for a few weeks in a year. And this phone attracts lots of attention too.

Then theres the panasonic X800. i like it too, because its a flip phone. The screen doesnt get scratched so easily, and i find that its easier to use. But it doesnt have as many features, the camera isnt as good, its basically more style then function. then i read that it isnt a smart phone, whatever that means, so it isnt that great. I dont know too much about this phone, aside that it looks good. id take this phone, but i dont want to be too hasty, becasue if i regret buying this phone, i cant change it anymore.

And theres the mokia 3230. I like this phone because it has so many functions, but it doesnt look that great. And its not a flip phone. But now im leaning more towards this phone, because it has so many functions. but im afraid i will regret buying this phone because it doesnt look that nice.

So maybe you guys can help me choose. Which would you choose? Or do you think i should wait a little while more to see if any better phones are coming out?

moto v220--> great phone!

ive got the moto v300. Does everything i need it to so i have no complaints. I personally dont like the non-flip phone models. I tend to forget to use the keylock and pocket dial random people at 3 am when im drunk.

I had a sony ericsson the older grey one with the green screen. It was the worst phone I have ever had in my life. I couldnt get any reception anywhere with it. I have a kyocera now which is pretty nice.

dude... wow. just pick a fuckin phone dude. All you have to do is dial numbers with it. Its not one of those "big decisions" in life.

Just get something that you like. Why does it have to look cool? Why have an assload of features you dont need? Just buy one. Its not life or death.

That is the single best phone ever made, if I could find one now that I could get service with I would get that phone. All it does is dial numbers and it has snake...what more can you ask for?

I like LG phones.

I have a v220, it aight phone, like it cause I can put MP3 on it (it has USB) and use it as a ring tone. Out of those phones I would got for the V3 (razor) that phone is amazing, good camera, mp3 support, looks damn nice and so small. The list of the fetures it has is damn long. You will not regret you got it.
PS- also has blue tooth, or wireless connection, similar to those of palm pilots, can use it download suff to pc and from pc to the phone (ringtones etc).
Panasonic is nice, but Moto is better, just because Motorola develop ONLY phones, they are more specialized at that.

The cellphone is sucking the testosterone out of men around the world. Buy the biggest phone you can find with no features, and you will get my respect.

snake was awesome.....i remember on the 3390 with snake 2 i got up to like 2900. Everyone was jealous.lol.

I don't really care about my phone, I just said wich on is my favourite out of the ones listed. I have free phone, all I care is if I can call and recieve calls, thats all I need.
