question about keys

how can i get a replament key for my car, I have a feeling my keys are the alt keys used for you know valete parking and stuff ( they have no rubber on them and they only open the driver side door and start the engine ) can someone help me out, in the states i would be set, just drive by a dealership and ask them but being in japan makes it a little harder,
