All that I can tell you is that any good suspension shop will install it for you properly where you won't have to worry about anything underneath.

The most that you should have to do is switch to a skinnier tire.

Your best to just call all the suspension shops, and high performance shops in your area, and ask them how much for the install.
Plus ask if you can see some examples of trucks that they have done this too.

They probably get so many S10's in that they can do te job blindfolded.

Go to the shop with the best quality workmanship, not the best price

local shop here its about 3k for the setup and install, im not sure how much of it goes for the kit, i cant imagine it being more then half, so my guess is 1.5k to 2k for install at a reputable shop

I looked at your profile and noticed that you live in Florida. I'm not sure how far you are away from this place but check out R.A.W. (http://www.itsraw.com/)

They have a pretty good rep in the industry. They'll be able to explain everything to you that you would like to know. You don't have to worry about the exhaust or body kit. They will be perfectly fine. You'll be looking at probably right around $2500-3000 for the entire kit and installation. They'll cut out the fenders and the bed floor above the rear diff for clearance. But you can choose to leave that open or they can install a step box and extend the fender wheels to fit the tires, therefore creating a cleaner look. Although I prefer the look of everything being visible.

If you have any other questions drop me a pm and ill help you however i can.
