need some advice

Im looking to buy an a4 and i was wondering if 90k miles is too many. im looking for 1998-2002 and im just afraid to buy one with 80K+. But then again the audi name almost makes me feel better about it.. any advice?

and whats the average life span on audis if taken care of.
