Alright this is really weird but, I dont know what could be the problem. Alright my car will start when it's warm outside, if it's cold enough that your hands would get cold it wont start, ALSO if you start the car then turn it off, it will not start up again until the engine fully cools down then it will want to start again, as long as its warm outside. Weird, huh? Well its a V6 so any help is apprciated

Sounds like a ground issue to me. I would have guessed battery originally but since you said it also does it after its been running a while doesn't sound like thats the problem.

Does the engine turn over at all when it doesn't want to start or does it crank and just not fire?

my friends car was having a problem just like that and it turned out to be the fuel pump.

Most likely a lack of either fuel or spark. Any idea what kind of ignition system it has? Sounds an awful lot like some type of ignition problem, perhaps a ignition module on it's way out. I don't know what type of ignition it has so I'm not sure. Check for fuel and spark if you can.

Nah, I put in a new ignition control module recently so I dont think its that.

Mine is doing the same thing. It does the same thing with the heat outside and all that. It right up today, but it was pretty hot outside.
I know that my fuel pump is at least working some, because I was trying to change out the fuel filter Saturday and I had someone turn the key to see if it would put out the fuel. It does. I'm really in need of help here too, and it sounds like we have the same problem.
