NEED HELP..1997 hond civic won't start.

Hey guys, I need you're help. When I put in my key, the engine turns, but it won't start. It just keeps turning and turning, but no startup. It's like when you run out of gas. I check the spark plugs but I don't see a spark coming from it. Could it be the starter. I went ahead and replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and distributer cap, but it still doesn't work. The engine turns so I'm assuming I'm not having a battery problem. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks

No spark. Hmm did you put in a new rotor too with the distributor cap? If thats not it i would start looking at the coil or ignitor

replace the igniter/ignition coil and rotor. She should start right up.
