Ya, its a 351 cleveland. The motor runs strong. I think he said the steering needs work and the suspension. The leather was redone a few years back and looks good. The paint is peeling and would need a new paint job, and it needs a new hood (will not open and shut very well).
Is there anywhere to go to find how much it is worth, or would it be good to just list it on ebay and see how much it will get?
Any comments are welcome, we can't fix it up though (no time).
Also, would selling the entire car be best, or parting it out / only selling the engine.
Thank you very much

It should be worth quite a bit if it is a convertible. I'd try looking up the value on nadaguides.com. You could probably get more money by parting it out, but it would be much faster to sell the entire car.

I haven't, saw his Toronado. Not the Torino though.
I wouldn't Starsky and Hutch a 70! A 70 is a smooth sweet ride.
