'94 4.6L vs. Mustang 4.6L

I have a '94 cougar with the 4.6 and am looking for performance parts. Are there many(if any) diffrences between the '94 cougars 4.6 and the '96 mustangs? If so what? And what parts will and wont fit my '94(headers,throttle bodies etc.)?

2: Air intake, intake manifold, fuel rails, cylinder heads, exhaust manifolds.
3: You can make anything fit with enough money/time.
